End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: September 24, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and E4HP Applications LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) governing your use of our applications and related services (“Software”).

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your personal or internal business use in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software to third parties.
• Use the Software in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

3. Ownership

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by E4HP Applications LLC. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Software.

4. Updates

We may provide updates or enhancements to the Software. This Agreement applies to such updates unless a separate agreement is provided.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E4HP Applications LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Software.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by ceasing use and deleting the Software. We may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
